1、Populus euphratica、Populus Pruinosaresources investigation and germplasm preservation: Populus euphratica in a comprehensive grasp of Xinjiang inPopulus euphratica, on the basis of resource distribution, area, Xinjiang Populus euphratica, carried out Populus Pruinosa superior resources and fomous trees, Populus euphratica、Populus Pruinosa excellent resources in situ conservation and research, establishing germplasm nursery and gene library and the corresponding data information platform.
2、Research on genetic diversity of Populus euphraticaand Populus Pruinosa: carry out genetic diversity research and establish core germplasm.
3、Populus euphratica、Populus Pruinosamolecular mechanism of art and art gene resources excavation: focus on Populus euphratica、Populus Pruinosa art molecular mechanism research, on the basis of euphratica whole genome sequencing using genomics and molecular cloning technology research to discover important traits related functional genes, and function of drought resistance and salt tolerance gene cloning and transformation, for the use of Populus euphratica forest tree germplasm resources to lay theoretical basis.
