Zhijun Li,Female, Doctor, Professor, Doctoral supervisor, the winner of the special government allowance of the State Council, the first-level candidate of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region “Tianshan Talents”, the first-level candidate of Xinjiang Construction Corps “Talents of the Army”, and the academic and technical leader of the Corps. Member of the Teaching Steering Committee of Nature Conservation and Environmental Ecology, Ministry of Education. Focusing on the wild plant resource conservation in Tarim Basin, especially for the conservation biology of Populus euphratic with outstanding achievements. She has presided over two of the National Science and Technology Support Program projects (Topics), three of the 973 Pre-research Projects (topics), eight of the National Natural Science Foundation projects, and four of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Science and Technology Plan projects. She has won the award for outstanding contribution to science and technology progress at provincial and ministerial level, and two first, second and third prizes for science and technology progress at provincial and ministerial level. She has published eight academic monographs, granted two national invention patents, and published more than 1.2 hundred papers, including ten SCI journal papers, the hundred of most influential academic papers in China, and six of the second and third prizes of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Natural Science Excellent Academic Paper.

 

Han Lu,Male, Doctor, Professor, Master supervisor. The third level of the first cycle cultivates candidates for the “Corps Talents” of Xinjiang Construction Corps. He is engaged in the research of vegetation restoration and ecological reconstruction. At present, he mainly studies the plant community succession, biodiversity maintenance mechanism and disturbance factors in Tarim arid region, and comprehensively studies the mechanism of desert plant community construction from the perspectives of community diversity, spatial pattern and functional traits. He has presided over 3 National Natural Science Foundation projects, 1 National Key Research and Development Program, 1 XPCC Regional Innovation Research Program and 1 XPCC Applied Basic Research Project. He has won Second Prize of Science and Technology Progress of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region (ranked 5th), Second Prize of Science and Technology Progress of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (ranked 2nd) and 2 Third Prize of Science and Technology Progress of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (ranked 1st). He has published more than 30 academic papers, one of which was included in SCI.

 

Haizhen Wang, Female, Doctor, Professor, Tutor of Postgraduate students. The first period at the three levels of training candidates for the “Corps Talents” of Xinjiang Construction Corps. She is mainly engaged in the research of plant stress physiology. Focusing on the basic research of photosynthesis, water physiology and the mechanism of stress resistance of desert plant Populus euphratica. She has presided over three projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, one project of the “Light of the West” talent fund of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and one project of the opening of the Corps’ key laboratory. And participated in a number of national and provincial level scientific research projects. It has won one second prize and two third prizes for scientific and technological progress of the Corps, and one third prize for scientific and technological progress of Tarim University. Published more than twenty major academic papers as the first author, two of which were included in EI.

 

Zhanjiang Han, Male, Doctor, Professor, Master supervisor. He is the academic leader of botany, a dominant and characteristic discipline of Tarim University, and The first period and the second period cultivate candidates at the third level training of “Corps Talents” of Xinjiang Construction Corps. Member of Xinjiang Botanical Society, senior member of Chinese Botanical Society, permanent member of Chinese Society of Plant Physiology and Plant Molecular Biology.Engaged in the research of plant resources and stress physiology and ecology, the new variety Populus talassica obtained from the cross of Populus euphratica and Populus talassica is taken as the main research object to conduct stress physiology and ecology research. He has presided over two projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, one doctoral project of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, one doctoral project of the President’s Fund of Tarim University, and one opening project of the key laboratory of the Corps. And participated in a number of national and provincial level scientific research projects. He has won two first prizes and one second prize of provincial and ministerial level Science and Technology Progress Award, and one second prize and one third prize of department and bureau level Science and Technology Progress Award. He has published more than one hundred papers, among which nine article are indexed by SCI and one article is indexed by EI. He has authorized four national invention patents, nine utility model patents and four appearance design patents. He has edited or participated in seven academic works.

 

Zhaoping Yang, Female, Doctor, Professor, Master supervisor. The second-level candidate of Xinjiang Construction Corps “Corps of talents”, director of Xinjiang Botany Society. She has presided over one National Natural Science Foundation of China, one President’s Fundation of Tarim University, and one opening project Key Laboratory of the XPCC of Tarim Basin. Peipei Jiao,Female, PhD candidate, Researcher, Master supervisor. The first-level training candidate of the second cycle of “Corps Talents” of Xinjiang Construction Corps. She is mainly engaged in the research of plant stress physiology and conservation biology of Populus euphonium. She has presided over the National Natural Science Foundation project “Salt Tolerance Characteristics and Salt Tolerance Gene Mining of the Zygophyllum fabago in the Desert Area of Tarim Basin”, one project to promote scientific research cooperation and high-level talent training with the United States and the United States, and six projects at the Corps and Division level.Participated in 8 national scientific research projects and 6 science and technology projects at the Corps level as the main accomplishing person. Yanping Liu, Female, Doctor, Professor, Master supervisor. Engaged in the conservation of plant germplasm resources, mainly on the physiological and biochemical mechanisms of cryopreservation and ultra-dry preservation of desert plant germplasm resources.She has presided over the project of National Natural Science Foundation of China “Study on the Influence Mechanism of Ultra-drying Treatment on the Seed Vigor of Four Rare and Endangered Plants in Tarim Basin” and the project of President of Tarim University “Study on Cryopreservation of Four Rare and Endangered Plants in Tarim Basin by Embedding Vitrification”. She has published more than 10 major academic papers, including 1 SCI indexed paper.

 
 

Ling Zhang, Female, Master, Associate Professor, Master supervisor. Director of Xinjiang Botany Society, engaged in plant taxonomy and phylogenetic research.At present, she is mainly engaged in taxonomic and phylogenetic studies on the Sarcozygium of Zygophyllaceae, investigating and defining the phylogenetic status and taxonomic relationships of Sarcozygium species through chloroplast genomes and simplified genome sequencing techniques. Manage to complete the national natural science fund project ” Sarcozygium (Zygophyllum L.) plant morphology and molecular systematics study”, science and technology progress award of the xinjiang production and construction corps(fourth), 5 research papers published articles, lead author to complete the monograph wild plants of medicinal plant of tarim basin, the tarim basin of wild plant and the list of wild plants of tarim basin.

 

Zhengli Zhou, Male, Master, Professor, Master supervisor. Academic leader of botany in tarim university. Mainly engaged in the research of desertification control and forest ecology, he has presided over two national science and technology support plan topics, two science and technology research projects of the Corps, two shared platform construction projects of the Corps, one project supported by the President’s Fund of Tarim University, and one joint fund project of Ocean University of China and Tarim University. He has won 3 Third Prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of the Corps (twice Ranking 2nd and once Ranking 5th), and 1 Third Prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of Tarim University (Ranking 3rd). He has published more than 40 academic papers, formulated 4 agricultural local standards, and participated in compiling 1 monograph.

 

Jiye Liang, Male, Doctor, Associate Professor, Master supervisor. Director of Xinjiang Botany Society. He is engaged in the research of desertification control and landscape ecology. At present, he mainly studies on the diversity of desert plant communities in Tarim basin, the process and mechanism of desertification landscape ecology in arid area, and the technology of desertification control at local scale.
